Rhonda Bonilla, FNP is a graduate from Fresno State with a B.S. in Nursing. She spent twelve years in the UMC emergency department. She graduated from Fresno State in 2002 with a Masters degree in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner Certificate. She has worked with an OB/GYN clinic, in the emergency department and in the field of allergy and immunology. She has been a wonderful addition to the practice of Dr. McCarley Billys since 2006. She is presently working to obtain the coveted Dermatology Nurse Practioner certificate - one of only a handful currently held in the U.S.A.
