  Betsy McCarley Billys, MD has been serving the dermatological needs of the community since 1990. She is a board certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She received her medical degree from Duke University Medical School where she was also trained and became certified for the practice of internal medicine. Following this, she studied dermatology at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas and completed a year of fellowship training at Duke. She was one of the original investigators demonstrating the anti-aging effects of Retin A. Dr. McCarley Billys makes her home in Visalia. By mixing general and cosmetic dermatology, she can focus on treating men, women and children of all skin types and diagnoses.
